This is the wool pack that is in the Little Dove embroidery kit.  It is 100% wool by Daruma Yokota from Japan.
 
This is the softest and most comforting wool to work with, I have tried it for embroidering with, and it is super soft.  The pack contains three balls of Iroiro 100% wool by Daruma Yokota from Japan. The colours are so beautiful, and are described as Siamese Cat, Brick (which is more of a cinnamon), and Sakura.  
 
On finding out that this wool was used to make pom poms by a textile artist in Japan called Tsubasa Kuroda, I just had to make some pom poms. 
 
The 4 ply wool is also lovely for crochet or knitting, and is classed as a Sport weight.
