New for 2025 is this very cute design depicting Henrietta the Hedgehog in her garden of beautiful flowers.  This design is sure to bring a smile, and is surprisingly easy to embroider as it contains 4 ply wool as embroidery thread.  It also comes with two pure linen panels measuring 49 x 49cm, which provide plenty of scope for making your design into something useful.
 
This kit is suitable for beginners and advanced stitchers alike. The stitches used are detailed in the stitch guide, and there are videos and free Stitch Lessons at the website for the stitches.
 
Containing pure British wool threads sourced from nearby my studio in Saddleworth, the light weight wool is an absolute joy to stitch with as it's squidgy enough to hide imperfections, but it still has a form to it that creates very neat stitches with minimum effort.  It is the perfect introduction to crewel embroidery.

Not suitable for children as it includes an embroidery needle and small parts.
 
The fabric and wool are washable by cool hand wash. If you are concerned about fabric shrinkage, hand wash the linen before embroidering, and first run a line of stitch around all edges before washing.
 
Please note that the fabric has not been tested or treated for fire retardancy qualitites. This should be considered in the use of the product.
