This kit contains five luxurious fine wool thread skeins from DMC's Eco Vita range. The wool is organic and naturally dyed from nuts and flowers making it vintage in appearance in a faded, knocked back colour palette.
The colours of the threads will vary from my sample shown, as I have a large amount of mixed colours, but I have put together all of the colour combinations, and they are guaranteed to be beautiful. This kit is not suitable for children as it includes an embroidery needle and small parts.
The fabric and threads are washable by cool hand wash. If you are concerned about fabric shrinkage, hand wash the linen before embroidering, and first run a line of stitch around all edges before washing.
Please note that the fabric has not been tested or treated for fire retardancy qualitites. This should be considered in the use of the product.
